Welcome to Sole 2 Soul, a virtual training program for first time marathoners.
This site will give you everything you need to prepare for the Vermont City Marathon on Sunday, May 30, 2010.
How the program works:
Follow the training guidelines posted in "The Program" section. Then each Saturday and/or Sunday (the day of the long run) each team member takes a turn as the hostess of the long run. The job of the hostess is to map the run. You don't need to actually 'host' us (although, chances are we'll need the potty before heading out!). We can meet anywhere you choose.
